I am a passionate cook and baker, with a diploma in professional cookery and have always love to bake. When diagnosed as gluten & dairy intolerant, I thought my days of creating those delicious bakes were gone. However, recreating and developing recipes to make them gluten & dairy free inspired and motivated me to produce delicious delights for myself and others to enjoy.
With support of my family, I decided to open a 100% dedicated gluten free bakehouse which caters to anyone who loves traditional handmade baked products.
Delaney's Gluten Free Bakehouse was created to provide more options for people who require a gluten-free diet. When dining out or shopping for foods to eat, we find that gluten free food is not easily catered for. Our company would like to change this by creating delicious options that everyone can enjoy whether gluten-free or not!
Our goal is to provide delicious tasting food using the highest quality ingredients in a safe gluten-free environment.
Our understanding of eating & baking gluten-free has grown immensely and so will our menu. We plan on continuing to develop new gluten-free products that help to change the perception of what gluten-free baking can be.
We are continually educating ourselves on new research & information regarding coeliac disease, gluten intolerance and gluten-free baking. We take the potential health risks of gluten contamination as seriously as the need for our products to taste delicious. In addition to our gluten awareness, we also train all our employees about the risk of cross contamination from other allergens.
